Apollo and Citigroup

Citigroup and Apollo Global have formed a $25 billion private credit and direct lending partnership, joining forces with Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Investment Company and Apollo's Athene. This move highlights the increasing collaboration between banks and non-bank lenders in the expanding $2 trillion private credit market, targeting borrowers considered too risky for traditional banks. The partnership, starting in North America, aims to eventually expand globally, reflecting private credit's growing influence in mainstream finance.

Dell

Dell Technologies has announced that starting September 30, employees in their global sales team who are capable of working from the office must do so five days a week. This move aims to foster a more collaborative environment and enhance skill development. Previously, these employees were only required to be in the office three days a week. Field representatives are expected to spend five days either with customers, partners, or in the office. Dell also stated that remote workers will receive further guidance in the coming weeks. This shift aligns with a broader trend in the tech industry, where companies like Amazon are also increasing office attendance requirements.
